Yokelift / Bench…and something else…



Did not want to go to crazy with the weights, since I plan to have a big session next Sunday but still did two personal bests at the yokelift. 145kg for a double and 155kg for a single. Going to start training the bench after severall months again. 80kg for a single is ok for the first session. …….then I had a strange idea ;)
