The Minsk Protocol – Two Years On

On 12 February 2015 “Minsk II”, also known as the “Minsk Protocol”, was signed. The aim of the Agreement is the deescalation and the pacification of the war which has raged in eastern Ukraine since 2014. On the occasion of the second anniversary of the Minsk Protocol, the Austrian and White Russian Society organised a top class lecture and discussion event in the VHS Urania to examine the status quo.

(The language of the opening speech by Dr. Peter Bachmaier is German. The language during the rest of the event is Englisch.)
