Hong Kong is one of the world’s most expensive cities. German startup founder Fridtjof Detzner explores how high rents affect residents and young creatives. With architect Vicky Chan, he discusses future solutions for increasingly crowded cities.

This documentary won the Gold World Medal for Cinematography and the Silver World Medal for Human Concerns at New York Festivals 2018. The whole documentary series also won the Bronze World Medal in the Documentaries category. Congratulations to the team! :)
