Thanks to BIG Kevin Wolter for spotting my first squat session after the Brian Shaw call out. I’m still dieting until mid December, so I’m happy with this easy 320kg as a starting point. I think I should be able to break my own all time PR early next year which is my primary goal right now. Once I start eating properly without a calorie deficit the squat should get substantially heavier. no protein deficiency in sight!
