The moral of this video is: If you fail at a certain weight just add some more weight, for probably it is just to light to activate Beast-Mode ;) These are my last attempts after already doing a two rep PR of 170kg. The 182,5kg attempt is 12,5kg heavier than my PR before the workout, so I’m quite pleased with this outcome. Usually my regular log is 20kg heavier than my strict press if that is still the case I should be ready for the 200kg log very soon.
