Second session of my preparation for the FIBO SCL. Overhead and shoulder work. 5 reps with the 140kg log (was out of O²). 5 reps with the 81kg dumbbell (PR) + one fail. 64sec front hold with 25kg. I need to work on endurance but the power comes back fast.
